Phöenyx the Band A phenomenon was born from humble beginnings when Brian "Chaw" Miller and Stewart "Digger" Lewis were both born in a rural Kentucky town. They shared the same rare birth defect, the inability to express emotion. Over time, the two developed a way that they could finally express their inner emotions, through song. After losing a battle of the bands competition, their focus and determination grew. They wouldn't be satisfied until the world was able to feast their ears on their raucous rhythms and soulful ballads.

While on a vision quest in the Mojave Desert they met Gunner McGee who brought a new presence to their stage show. While touring Nevada they crossed paths with Carla "Sticks" Reed who brought a sexy aggressive sound with her self proclaimed "pipes of gold" vocal style. With momentum on their side only one element was missing; they found it in the smooth sounding soulful voice of Amira. Now complete, the band's dream of world domination was unstoppable. Phöenyx truly rose from the ashes and set the world on fire with their music. Aside from a few stints in rehab and a short sentence in a Cook County correctional facility, the group has successfully remained intact and on top over the years.
